Drinking 3 Litres of water every day
Energetic boundary setting
My go-to tools for expanding my mind…

Listening to podcasts
Talking to my two boys - their curious minds continue to amaze me
I nourish my body with…
Beach and forest time
Acupuncture, cupping and massage
Tulsi tea or a strong coffee in my Intrinsic mugs (seriously!) while I relax
My fave quote…
I have 2:
‘Open your eyes to the beauty around you, open your mind to the wonders of life, open your heart to those who love you, and always be true to yourself’ - Maya Angelou
‘What we know matters, but who we are matters more’ - Brené Brown
My advice for maintaining a positive mindset through tough times…
Ask for help from those you love - or seek paid support if you have to! We are never alone and yet we often try to do things on our own.
Meditate, meditate and meditate - preferably out in nature! The more time you have to turn inwards to listen to your intuition, the more you will be able to make aligned choices and deal with stress and overwhelm.
Be kind to yourself. This is about working towards letting things go when they upset us instead of letting them eat at us, it's about setting boundaries around things that will help your mental and emotional health. At the end of the day it's about putting yourself first and knowing you are worth taking care of.
