Registering to become a member
How do I register for an account?
If you're using your computer, phone, tablet or other nifty hand-held contraption, you'll notice a 'heart' button at the top right of your window. Click on this, enter your details and you're done!
I want to change my address, phone number, or other contact info - how do I do this?
No probs! Sign in to your account by clicking on the heart in the top right corner then click on 'My Account'. Once here, click 'View Addresses', then 'Edit'. Tap away at your new details, then click 'Update Address'. Mission accomplished!

How much does shipping cost?
All our postage options include tracking. We ship all orders from Adelaide, Australia. Please note we do not offer express shipping.
Cost of shipping within Australia
Est arrival is 2-7 business days.
Orders from $0 - $25 = $9.95
Orders above $25 = $14.95
Cost of International Shipping
International shipping is calculated on the weight of our products and will vary for each order.
Standard Postage - Est arrival in 6+ business days.
Express Postage - Est arrival in 2-4 business days between major metro areas.
*The above estimated delivery times are between metropolitan areas of major cities. If you live outside a major city, it may take a little longer. This estimation excludes time in customs, which may be subject to a delay due to causes outside Australia Post's control.

How can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification from us letting you know your order is on the way. Within this email, there is a magenta pink button that allows you to View Your Tracking Information. This will take you to a new page with all your shipping information - including your tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
We'll start packing your order between 1-2 business days after receiving it. We then send out many positive vibes to posties across Australia (and the world!), so you should receive your order quite quickly after placing it!
More precisely: For deliveries within Australia, the standard shipping time is advised as 2-7 business days. We use Australia Post to deliver all orders, so you can check up on your estimated delivery time by heading to the Australia Post delivery estimate page. (Please note that we're sending your parcel from Adelaide, SA 5000).
When will I receive my pre-order?
For all orders containing pre-order items, it will be sent all together in early November. We will keep you updated via email and will let you know once your goodies are on their way.
Where can I buy Intrinsic?
We have many fantastic stockists across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore who do a wondrous job of presenting Intrinsic. You'll find them at our Stockists page. Having trouble finding a store, or have a delightful stockist recommendation? Get in touch at email@example.com.

I'd love to buy Intrinsic as a present and have it shipped to them. Can I do that?
Of course! Make sure the lucky recipient's details are filled out in the 'Shipping Address' option at checkout.
If you'd like to include a short message, please make sure you have also purchased a Greeting Card or Gift Tag and write your short message in the comments section available at checkout. We will then happily fill in the card for you.
Oops! I need to alter / cancel / add to my order. Can I do this?
Get in touch with us as soon as possible, and if we haven't packed your order already then we'll definitely try to help out. Our packing team like to work in 110% efficiency mode, which means they send out orders quite quickly after receiving them – once your goodies are packed, we won't be able to modify the order, sorry!
Which payment options may I choose from?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Afterpay. All orders are processed in Australian dollars.
When will I be charged?
The card you provided will be charged immediately on clicking the magic 'Purchase' button, and will be charged in Australian dollars. As much as we'd love to, we have no control over any additional costs your bank may charge you from your transaction.
Is a refund or exchange possible?
If you've had a change of mind once you've received your order, then we can arrange a refund or exchange for you. Similarly, if your goods have somehow escaped our quality control team and are faulty once they've arrived, then we can arrange a refund or exchange. Where can I find your catalogue?
All of our currently available products are on our online store. For wholesalers, we can also send you a link to our online catalogue (jam packed with colour-happy, inspiring goodness).
