For any festive orders you want to receive before Christmas, please make sure you order by 12th December 2018 to ensure you get your treasures on time! Any orders placed after the 12th we cannot guarantee delivery, however please check Australia Posts website for suggested time frames.  We ship all orders from Adelaide, Australia. Please note we do not offer express shipping. 

Orders from $0 - $25 = $9.95
Orders above $25 *shipping = $14.49

We use Australia Post for domestic shipping. You'll receive an email from us on the day your parcel has been dispatched to let you know it's been sent - very exciting! We will also send positive postage vibes out with each order.

For deliveries within Australia, the standard shipping time is advised as 2-7 business days. You can check up on your estimated delivery time by heading to Australia Post's delivery estimate page (we're sending your parcel from Adelaide, SA 5000).

Of course, delivery guidelines may vary slightly depending on the shipping destination, the size of your parcel, and particular times of the year (we hear Christmas is a popular + busy time!).

We currently don't offer express shipping. 

We offer International Shipping to New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, China and a range of other countries. If you don't see your country when checking out, please email us hello@intrinsiconline.com and we will see what we can do.

International Shipping costs vary as it is calculated based on the weight of your order. This is determined during the checkout process.

We offer two types of International Shipping with Australia Post.
1. Standard Postage with Tracking - Estimated arrival in 6+ business days.
2. Express Postage with Tracking - Estimated arrival in 2-4 business days between major metro areas.

You can also check up on your estimated delivery time by heading to Australia Post's delivery estimate page (we're sending your parcel from Adelaide, SA 5000). 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification from us letting you know your order is on the way. Within this email, there is a pink button that allows you to View Your Order. This will take you to a new page with all your shipping information - including your tracking number.
