COVID-19 SHIPPING IMPACTS
Due to the current worldwide pandemic, shipping services have been affected in nearly every country. As such, we are experiencing ongoing delivery delays.
We aim to pack your orders within 1-3 business days and send them ASAP, but once your parcel is in the hands of the postal service - Australia Post - we can not guarantee delivery times.
To get an idea of how long your order might take once it's with Australia Post, we urge you to check the Australia Post delivery estimate page.
We encourage you to order in advance and select the express option if you are eager for your order to arrive quicker. Or visit a local Intrinsic stockist to shop in person.

Cost of shipping within Australia
Shipping costs are determined based on the value of your order:
- Orders from $0-24 = $9.95
- Orders from $25-98 = $14.95
- Orders above $99 = Free shipping
The express rate is calculated at check-out based on the weight of your order.
Where do we ship from?
We ship all orders from our homebase in Adelaide, Australia and we use Australia Post for our deliveries.
Standard shipping time
Australia Post is experiencing ongoing delivery delays due to the pandemic and a high volume of parcels in their network.
As such, we highly suggest checking your suburb/state's estimated delivery time by visiting Australia Post's delivery estimate page (we're sending your parcel from Adelaide, SA 5000).
Express shipping time
Australia Post has suspended the express post guarantee of 'next day delivery' as they are unable to commit to this timeframe due to the pandemic.
Express post is still available and offers a faster delivery option than standard post, however, we highly suggest checking your suburb/state's estimated express delivery time by visiting Australia Post's delivery estimate page (we're sending your parcel from Adelaide, SA 5000).
Authority to Leave
If you're not home and are happy for your order to be left at the door, you can indicate this in the notes section when you check out.

International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. This is determined during the checkout process.
You may be required to pay local customs, import taxes and duties within your own country.
As international customers are responsible for paying any of these local taxes and duties, we strongly suggest contacting your local customs office before you place your order, to find out more and avoid any unexpected customs costs.
We are legally required to declare the total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.
We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.

2. Express Postage with Tracking

*Any estimated delivery times on the Australia Post website may not include time your parcel spends in customs, which may be subject to a delay due to causes outside Intrinsic or Australia Post's control.
Tracking your order
Viewing my Tracking Number
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us letting you know your order is on the way. Within this email, there is a pink button that allows you to View Your Tracking Information. This will take you to a new page with all your shipping information - including your tracking number.
