Standard shipping:

Shipping costs are determined based on the value of your order:

- Orders from $0-24 = $9.95
- Orders from $25-149 = $14.95
- Orders above $150 = Free standard shipping 

Express shipping:

The express rate is calculated at check-out based on the weight of your order.

We ship all orders from our homebase in Adelaide, Australia and we use Australia Post for our deliveries.

Shipping time for Standard Australian deliveries is usually 2-7 business days.

Shipping time for Express Australian deliveries is usually 2 business days.

Australia Post has suspended the express post guarantee of 'next day delivery' as they are unable to commit to this timeframe. Express post is still available and offers a faster delivery option than standard post.

If you're not home and are happy for your order to be left at the door, you can indicate this in the notes section when you check out.  

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: We have paused shipping to the USA due to the unknown situation involving international tariffs. When there is more clarity on the situation and how tariffs may be imposed, we will review the USA as a shipping destination. Hopefully we can resume sending Intrinsic in the near future! 🇺🇸

International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. This is determined during the checkout process.

You may be required to pay local customs, import taxes and duties within your own country.

As international customers are responsible for paying any of these local taxes and duties, we strongly suggest contacting your local customs office before you place your order, to find out more and avoid any unexpected customs costs.

We are legally required to declare the total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.

We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.

We offer two types of international shipping with Australia Post:
1. Standard Postage with Tracking
2. Express Postage with Tracking

International shipping times vary depending on your country.

*Any estimated delivery times on the Australia Post website may not include time your parcel spends in customs, which may be subject to a delay due to causes outside Intrinsic or Australia Post's control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us letting you know your order is on the way. Within this email, there is a pink button that allows you to View Your Tracking Information. This will take you to a new page with all your shipping information - including your tracking number.
