I decided to try journalling because of my health, I need neck spinal surgery for the 3rd time in less than 2 years. I have been in hospital more than out. I have never tried journalling before.

Journaling is a part of my morning routine.
I see it as a friend that I can write my worries and joys in.
Also keeps track of daily interactions.

It is my bible 💖I use every aspect of it. Love the different sections for an over all pic of the year and then the weekly. Love the quarter reflections as life can get in the way and the reflections bring me back to my set goals. Not to mention the weekly quotes and it’s just so pretty to look at each day. It also connects me to my late sister that gave me my first diary years ago as a present 💝

My Family and I are going through very challenging times at the moment, so I wanted to give encouragement to both my elderly Mother (whom I care for full-time here in Perth); my Partner, who works FIFO; and my youngest sister, who lives overseas.
