This is my second diary (Was love at first sight with my first π) . This is now my investment into myself every year. I love the words and the images and the gentle navigation to identify what lies in my heart. I love the reflections as it allows me see my growth or highlights where I need to refocus. And each year a colour or cover statement speaks to my heart to help me choose which diary for the year ahead.

Would prefer a bigger format, however that is being critical.

Love the Intrinsic diaries. Bought one last year for the first time and found it so good. Lots of guidance at the beginning for goal setting and manifesting plus quarterly check ins to keep you on track. So definitely had to buy another one for this year!

I purchased my diary to help navigate me in this next chapter of life. What I have discovered already is that I have spent my life coasting and living in survival. Always doubting myself, abilities and worth. Often seeing the world with dark lenses. Iβm finding a struggle to identify moments of achievement and direction. Iβm so grateful for the prompts and inspiration this book is providing.
