Love my journal, it helps me keep track of my day to day while also focusing on my goals and inspirations throughout the year. Love the quarterly insights too as a way of looking back at previous few months.

I LOVE using my diary/planner. I have purchased the Intrinsic diary for the last three years (using it has become a part of my daily routine). It has everything I need in one place - diary, journal, habit tracker and space for reflection and soulful insights. My only challenge? Choosing a colour; there are so many gorgeous options, it's almost impossible to pick just one! Thank you Adele - your creation is such a gift.

My pretty diary goes everywhere with me, like a best friend! "She" (my diary, whom I've personified :)) keeps me organized, on time for everything (like a personal EA) and uplifts me with little quotes and moments of inspiration. I never start the day without getting her and sorting out the tasks for the day, prioritizing the A, B, C tasks and planning the order of events. It's said that - "Prior Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance" (6P's) So, I credit my diary with my consistently high level of time management, organization and capacity to keep most things running smoothly. Best diary ever. After using Intrinsic diaries for many years, I stupidly thought I’d try something else this year. Big mistake, and by March I was ordering my 2025 diary from Inteinsic!! Will not falter again 🥰

I've been an Intrinsic lover and follower since the beginning and I have used these stunning quality diary planners proudly for several years now and I wouldn't be without one ever again. While I maintain an electronic calendar, I still adore my paper diary. Whether I'm using every detail of the diary planner, habit tracker or to do lists etc or not week in week out, this diary goes everywhere with me like a security blanket. No matter what I have going on in my life, it's this diary journal that brings me back to myself time and time again. My professional and personal life is much about Life Gardening, changing habits and working towards goals and commitments and priorities, healing past traumas and learning from life experiences and this diary is packed with all the templates, tools and prompts to literally get out of our own way and move forward towards what's most important to us. The journaling and goal setting with regular quarterly reviews is fantastic for staying on track, revisiting ideas, realigning and planning towards priorities, I also intend for my collection of used diaries to leave a story of my every day life and happenings, celebrations, habits and simple daily things that made a positive impact in my life. This diary literally becomes my companion for the year.

I have witnessed many literally change their life, health and wellness by actively using their Intrinsic diary. What I also love is how diary users can connect and share how we all use our diaries in different ways. The Intrinsic community is a beautiful nurturing and nourishing space of support and learning.

Of course the beautiful colourful cover and quotes are a powerful theme for the year and the most difficult part is choosing the one that resonates. This year literally has been a year to ignite my light, with my professional career growing and expanding with opportunities I'm humbled to receive and have remained committed to for many years. I truly am grateful for all that fills these diaries along with all the spaces left for me to fill in with my life happenings.

My Radiant Ruby red diary planner is amazing, I have purchased 5 diaries over the years and can't wait for my next one, So many colours to choose from. This year I chose RED because it is the year to Rise Strong and every day when I open my diary I feel inspired to do my best. I have been using the Intrinsic diary for a few years now and I just love them! I ordered Rose quartz for 2025 as I love the colour! I use it as a daily journal, that way I am using it everyday and can see the weekly quote and daily habit tracker! My favourite part at the end of the week is writing the 3 best things for the week! Pink quartz heaven. It’s happiness in my hands. I love being able to plan my week and my month. I like being able to set monthly intention and goal set each week. When I’ve had a rough week it’s a mental lift to be able to write down 3 good things. It’s my go to pick me. Quarterly insights show me how far I’ve come as the year progresses.
