These diaries have it all. Beautiful colours, designs, sayings, embossing and feel. They’re full of great tips and tricks for mindfulness, habit tracking, gratitude and all the info other diaries have. They also have a handy pocket envelope on the inside of the back cover which I love.

I wish I had brought this earlier as I love it. I will be buying more for Christmas presents for my kids. Very impressive.

Beautiful quality diary with smooth paper that handles a gel pen without any ghosting. The ten or so pages of guided prompts at the beginning are really thought provoking and allow you to really assess the year that was before figuring out what your year will be. I love the vibrant Turquoise Twist colour, the quote on the cover and all the quotes found on the monthly and weekly pages. Two ribbon bookmarks, a pen loop and an elastic band are lovely additions as well.

I adore my Intrinsic diary… I recommend it to everyone, I tried 7 diaries before I found Intrinsic - I only wish I had found them sooner. Beautiful, meaningful, purposeful, easy to use and inspirational- I can’t imagine life without it!!

I have recommended it as gift ideas for other friends. The beautiful way it is presented, wrapped, a card the pages within the diary are lovely and nicely inspirational as I look at reviewing last year for the upcoming goals.

My 2026 Denim Days diary has arrived and I'm loving the colour to start the new year 💙
Also the card and little something extra too💙
Thank you so much Adele🩷

I love love love my new diary. This is my seventh diary with intrinsic. It contains everything I need to get me through each year. They are sooo beautiful and functional. Weekly quotes are a lovely touch that I share with my family each week. It's a well thought-out design that I use daily. Highly recommend it to everyone.

My beautiful peach 2026 diary/planner arrived (along with a very special surprise) on time and in perfect condition. Thoughtfully wrapped in pretty Intrinsic designed paper with a couple of heartfelt notes enclosed, the whole process of receiving my order was elevated - it felt like I was opening a birthday gift. Thank you so much for the thoughtful, personalised details that went in to packaging and delivering my order. I can't wait to make my first entry into the diary!!

It is my bible 💖I use every aspect of it. Love the different sections for an over all pic of the year and then the weekly. Love the quarter reflections as life can get in the way and the reflections bring me back to my set goals. Not to mention the weekly quotes and it’s just so pretty to look at each day. It also connects me to my late sister that gave me my first diary years ago as a present 💝

I LOVE using my diary/planner. I have purchased the Intrinsic diary for the last three years (using it has become a part of my daily routine). It has everything I need in one place - diary, journal, habit tracker and space for reflection and soulful insights. My only challenge? Choosing a colour; there are so many gorgeous options, it's almost impossible to pick just one! Thank you Adele - your creation is such a gift.
